To reserve a date on my calendar I require an initial payment of the full session fee.
I like to meet my clients either at a coffee shop or at their home the week before their session for the pre-session consultation to discuss what they are looking for, where the art will be potentially placed in the home etc. This can also be done via skype or email. In person is always the most efficient, however I have conducted pre-consultations various ways and can make it work to accommodate you and your schedule.

A few days before the session, I will send out an email recapping the time, location, and any of the tips and reminders we have discussed.
The day of the session we will have a wonderful time taking portraits to commemorate this precious stage in your life. I typically release one image as a sneak peek from each session to my Facebook and Instagram business pages a few days after the session. The full gallery is usually ready in 2-3 weeks time. At that point I will contact you to set up your viewing session, where I will meet with you and present you with all your images. You will then be able to make your final selection of which package you would like to purchase (prints and digitals, or just digitals). The viewing/ordering session is also where I'm able to give my professional insight on how to make your images work with your space. Your vision is your own, however, and my job is to make sure you are completely satisfied. |
